Property Description

A lovely self contained Cortio offering stunning everchanging mountain views

NOTE - Property can be booked for short term lets from 1st November to 30th April, subject to availability for 625 euros per month inclusive of utilities.

The Bungalow set in the grounds of owners Cortijo is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom self catering accommodation with its own private entrance and courtyard garden. It has a lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has a full gas cooker, fridge freezer, kettle, plates, cutlery, mugs, glasses & cooking utensils and pans 1 double & 1 twin room both having en suite shower rooms. The Bungalow sleeps 4 people maximum (travel cot can be provided & baby not included in occupancy count). All towels including pool towels & bed linen are provided.
The Bungalow is easily reached from either Almeria or Murcia International Airports both of which are approx 1hr 30 minutes away.
As the Bungalow is in a rural setting & no amenities within walking distance a car is essential.
2km from the Spanish village of Partaloa which has a shop, bars, restaurant, chemist, doctor & bakers. 15 minutes from the larger market towns of Albox & Olula del Rio both offer everything you would expect from a large town.
The beaches of Vera player & Mojacar are approx 60 minutes away. The fishing port of Garrucha is also along the same coastline.
So many attractions are within easy reach including golf courses, the closest being The Desert Springs Golf Resort, water parks, horseriding, mountain walks, hikes, mountain bike riding.
Lots of typically Spanish villages surround us & all have their own charm & character.

Private use of owners pool is included in your stay. The owners ask that you understand and accept it has to be cleaned & chemicals added & time is allowed for this to be done on a daily basis.
The owners live on site in our own Cortijo & they are always available should you require anything

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

1) The owners offer meal options are also available, breakfast, evening meal, these options are sold separately to the accommodation. Full details can be provided as required.

Shopping option is also available, owners can ensure that everything you need for your stay is waiting for you when you arrive. Even if it's just a fridge full of beer. This also carries an extra cost.

20% non refundable deposit required at time of booking, balance to be paid 7 days before arrival. 100 euros damage deposit payable on arrival will be refunded on day of departure if everything is all ok.
